What's Happening at School
Transportation Registration
Transportation Registration for SY2026-2027 opened on May 8th. Thanks to all of the families who have completed the transportation registration to date. If you have not completed the transportation registration form yet, please take a few minutes to complete it now, and no later Friday, June 12th. Please note that registration is mandatory for all students.

Questions on our current bus routes and stops? Please see below for our School Year 2025-2026 routes. In addition, if your student currently attends AES or FMS and has been assigned a bus and a stop the information can be found under the Transportation tab of your student's Aspen profile.

Field Day
Field Day is coming up on the 22nd! Please note that attendance is limited to parents who are volunteering. We still have a few volunteer slots open, so if you're interested, please fill out this form as soon as you can. All volunteers must have a current CORI on file in order to participate.
Summer Work
Summer work for students entering grades 1–4 is available now—the links are included below. We're still finalizing the fifth grade team for the 2026–2027 school year, so summer work for students entering grade 5 will be shared as soon as those plans are confirmed.
End-Of-Year
We will send packets with supply lists, end-of-year assessment results, and report cards home with your child on the last day of school (June 25th), which is an early release day.
Library Books were due last week on June 5th, but many books have not yet been returned. Please check to see if your child still has a library book from AES.
Preschool Schedule
Please note that the preschool schedule will not change for the 2026-2027 school year and is as follows:
Session 1: Mondays and Tuesdays from 9:10-2:15, Wednesdays from 9:10-11:45
Session 2: Wednesdays from 12:25-3:05, Thursdays and Fridays from 9:10-2:15
