Sixth-grade students from Ms. Bielawa's class took a stroll across the parking lot to partner with Ms. Cole's first graders for some fun math activities! 🧮📚 Watching these older students mentor and collaborate with the younger ones was truly heartwarming. 💙 The students worked together on math problems, building skills and confidence while fostering community between our two schools. 🙌

Ms. Fasoli's class engaged in a class project where they constructed models of volcanoes. This activity coincides with our ELA Wonders curriculum unit, which has recently explored the topic of volcanoes.
Ms. VanVoorhis class loves to use Cuisinaire rods to learn about fractions!
AES had a Pep Rally to cheer on 3rd and 4th graders taking the MCAS test. Students in other grades made posters and cheered them on in the hallways. Afterward, they had a musical celebration with the world’s most mind-blowing portable laser party! The students were whisked away on a roller coaster of astounding animations, set to positive, upbeat music from both current and classic artists.
